This cooperation began in 2021 through meaningful programs such as “Waves and Computers for Children,”, initiated by the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Education and Training. In this program, SHD, in collaboration with partner Avestos, donated 125 computers to students in Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, and Vinh Long provinces, contributing to better learning conditions and improving the quality of education.
Through these collaborative activities, SHD not only affirms its reputation and builds trust with local authorities but also opens up opportunities for career counseling and guidance for young people. Additionally, SHD supports students in accessing preferential loans from state funds for workers, students, and those going abroad for study and work, helping to provide a solid foundation for their future.

- Cooperation Foundation:
Since 2019, SHD has become a strategic partner of leading vocational training organizations in Germany, such as BIW and Avestos. This collaboration has helped SHD establish a solid foundation in training students and providing them with career opportunities in Germany. - Strategic Milestones:
In 2024, SHD further expanded its partnerships with the state of Saarland and the Landkreis Harz district in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. Specifically, on November 21-22, 2024, SHD officially signed a cooperation agreement with Saarland, opening up sustainable study and work opportunities for Vietnamese students while addressing workforce needs in Germany. Subsequently, on November 25, 2024, SHD participated in a tripartite signing ceremony with the Landkreis Harz district and the IB (Internationaler Bund) organization, committing to providing high-quality training programs for Vietnamese students.
SHD's partner network in Germany not only contributes to solving the workforce shortage problem but also opens up pathways for comprehensive and sustainable development for Vietnamese youth.
