Building a cooperative foundation in each provincial city of Vietnam
From the first days of establishment, SHD has focused on establishing cooperation programs between German partners and authorities in many provinces, especially in the Mekong Delta region.
The team of SHD and German enterprises organized many consulting sessions and seminars in An Giang, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long provinces ... in order to convey information about the training program and job opportunities in Germany to the local people.

Over the years, SHD has cooperated with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Education and Training of provinces such as An Giang, Ben Tre, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long and German partners to implement the Vocational and Employment Study Program in Germany for young human resources in the provinces.
Along with that is the companion of banks, credit institutions to deploy preferred loan packages, help students overcome financial barriers and confidently enter the journey to study in Europe.

The cooperation agreements have been signed with consensus from the parties to ensure that Vietnamese students not only have job opportunities but also protect their rights and enjoy fair welfare policies when working in Germany.

Promote cooperation through working sessions in Germany
Not stopping at the domestic signing, SHD has coordinated with many business trips with the leaders of the provinces to Germany, in order to promote a strong cooperation relationship in the training strategy, improve the quality of human resources in the Mekong Delta provinces and supply young human resources to the German labor market.
Promote cooperation in Sachsen and Thüringen
Typically a business trip in March 2023, the SHD delegation and leaders of Ben Tre - Vinh Long province had a business trip in Sachsen and Thüringen.
The mission was accompanied by Ms. Nguyen Thi Be Muoi - Vice Chairman of Ben Tre People's Committee, Ba La Thi Thuy - Director of Ben Tre Department of Education and Training; Mr. Pham Thanh Hung - Director of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ben Tre Province; Ms. Truong Thanh Nhuan - Director of Vinh Long Department of Education and Training.

The delegation had effective working sessions with the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of Sachsen, Leipzig Industry Defense and representatives of Werdau City, expanding the scope of cooperation with leading vocational training corporations such as Avenos, Biw, BSW, Euro Akademie.
At the same time, the delegation met and encouraged SHD alumni who were studying in Germany, showing deep interest in their training and life quality.
The trip also marked an important step when the SHD signed indefinitely memorandum of understanding with Avenos Group under the witness of the representative of Vinh Long province in cooperation in training and supplying young human resources of the province to Germany.
Thereby committed to improving the quality of young human resources of the province and providing opportunities to work in Germany, creating a solid premise for the parties to continue to effectively develop international vocational training programs in the future.
Strategic cooperation with Saarland state
In 2024, it marked a new step of SHD in expanding cooperation with the governments and German partners. In the framework of a business trip in Saarland state on November 21-22, the SHD delegation with the companion of Ms. To Thi Thu Hong-Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Tra Vinh province had senior working sessions at the Ministry of Labor, Social, Women and Health of Saarland as well as at Saarland National Assembly Building.

In particular, SHD in collaboration with Saarland Industry and Commercial Department (IHK Saarland) organizes specialized discussion seminars on building a sustainable cooperation roadmap, creating conditions for young Vietnamese human resources to work in this state.
In addition, SHD has visited and worked with prestigious vocational training schools such as TGBBZ 2 Saarbrücken and BBZ Sulzbach, promising to bring high quality learning programs, ensuring Vietnamese students are not only equipped with professional knowledge but also have the opportunity to practice in reputable businesses.
SHD and Saarland agree to develop intensive vocational training programs, ensuring Vietnamese students have access to modern educational environment and stable labor market. Signed a three -party cooperation with the Harz region
On November 25, 2024, the signing ceremony of three-party cooperation between SHD, Harz region (state of Sachsen-Anhalt) and IB international cooperation organization to recruit human resources from Vietnam to Harz to study and work has officially taken place. Accordingly, the project is committed to comprehensive support for students from training, supplying places to work in Germany.
