September 5th: Establishment of SHB Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with over 10 initial staff members.

- Became a strategic partner of BIW Vocational Training Group and Avestos.
- On October 20th: Three students left for Germany under the German Vocational Study Program.
- Organized the first Vietnam-Germany Food Festival at SHB, with the participation of BIW and Avestos.

- Announced the launch of the High-skilled Labor Project, creating working and settlement opportunities in Germany.
- Faced challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic while maintaining a focus on sustainable development.

- Opened 10 new representative offices in provinces like Gia Lai, Phu Yen...
- Supported the “Waves and Computers for Children” program initiated by the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Education and Training. Under the program, SHB, in collaboration with Avestos, donated 125 computers to students in Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, and Vinh Long, contributing to improving the quality of education.

Organized workshops to introduce the German vocational study program in 6 provinces: Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Soc Trang, Phu Yen, and Gia Lai, with the support of Avestos.

- March: Licensed as an organization to coordinate the TELC international certificate exams in Vietnam.
- Accompanied leaders from Ben Tre and Vinh Long provinces to Germany for visits and meetings with partners.
- Continued collaboration with Tra Vinh Province in vocational training strategies and sustainable employment solutions.
- Received a certificate of merit from the Department of Education and Training.
- July: Grand opening and operation of the SHB Building.
- Opened a Representative Office in Germany: Schachtstr. 18, 66346 Püttlingen, Germany.
- Became a pioneer organization in Southern Vietnam in the field of German vocational study abroad programs.

SHD Education: German language and culture training in Vietnam.

SHD Investment: Investment and promotion of Vietnam - Germany investment.
September 16: SHD, Soc Trang Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Soc Trang Department of Education and Training and the Provincial Social Policy Bank signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation to implement the Vocational College Study Abroad and Employment Program in Germany for Soc Trang students.
- In November, SHD marked an important development step:
Signed an official cooperation agreement with the state of Saarland.
Signing of a tripartite cooperation agreement in Landkreis Harz, with the participation of SHD, local authorities and the Internationaler Bund (IB).
