SHD - History of Formation and Development

Được thành lập vào năm 2018, SHD đã bắt đầu hành trình từ một công ty với hơn 10 nhân sự. Qua hơn 7 năm xây dựng và phát triển, chúng tôi đã không ngừng nỗ lực để trở thành một tổ chức tiên phong trong lĩnh vực giáo dục, tư vấn định hướng nghề và dịch chuyển lao động. Từ những bước đi đầu tiên đầy thử thách, SHD đã từng bước khẳng định vị thế với những thành tựu nổi bật, đồng hành cùng hàng nghìn học viên và đối tác trong nước lẫn quốc tế. Hành trình của chúng tôi là câu chuyện về sự kiên định, đổi mới, cam kết mang đến những giá trị bền vững.

2018

BEGINNING

September 5th: Establishment of SHB Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with over 10 initial staff members.

2019

FIRST ACHIEVEMENTS

- Became a strategic partner of BIW Vocational Training Group and Avestos.
- On October 20th: Three students left for Germany under the German Vocational Study Program.
- Organized the first Vietnam-Germany Food Festival at SHB, with the participation of BIW and Avestos.

2020

BUILDING TRUST

- Announced the launch of the High-skilled Labor Project, creating working and settlement opportunities in Germany.
- Faced challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic while maintaining a focus on sustainable development.

2021

ESTABLISHING CONFIDENCE

- Opened 10 new representative offices in provinces like Gia Lai, Phu Yen...
- Supported the “Waves and Computers for Children” program initiated by the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Ministry of Education and Training. Under the program, SHB, in collaboration with Avestos, donated 125 computers to students in Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, and Vinh Long, contributing to improving the quality of education.

2022

EXPANDING PARTNERSHIPS

- Unterzeichnung von Kooperationsvereinbarungen zur Durchführung des Programms für deutsche Berufsausbildung und zur Steigerung der Qualität der jungen Arbeitskräfte in den Provinzen Vinh Long, Tra Vinh und Ben Tre.
- Accompanied Tra Vinh provincial leaders to Germany for visits and meetings with partners.
Organized workshops to introduce the German vocational study program in 6 provinces: Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Soc Trang, Phu Yen, and Gia Lai, with the support of Avestos.

2023

CONFIRMING REPUTATION

- March: Licensed as an organization to coordinate the TELC international certificate exams in Vietnam.
- Accompanied leaders from Ben Tre and Vinh Long provinces to Germany for visits and meetings with partners.
- Continued collaboration with Tra Vinh Province in vocational training strategies and sustainable employment solutions.
- Received a certificate of merit from the Department of Education and Training.
- July: Grand opening and operation of the SHB Building.
- Opened a Representative Office in Germany: Schachtstr. 18, 66346 Püttlingen, Germany.
- Became a pioneer organization in Southern Vietnam in the field of German vocational study abroad programs.

2024

BREAKING LIMITS TO REACH NEW HEIGHTS

- Trên hành trình phát triển, SHB luôn kiên định với những giá trị cốt lõi, lấy sự tận tâm và sáng tạo làm nền tảng cho văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
Tháng 09, SHB mở rộng hệ sinh thái và đổi tên thành SHD, hoạt động trong 5 lĩnh vực bao gồm
SHD Education: Đào tạo tiếng Đức và văn hóa Đức tại Việt Nam.
SHD Academy: Du học nghề tại Đức.
SHD Career: Cung ứng lao động tay nghề cao sang Đức.
SHD Service: Dịch vụ hỗ trợ tại CHLB Đức.
SHD Investment: Đầu tư và xúc tiến đầu tư Việt – Đức.
Ngày 16/09: SHD cùng Sở LĐ-TB&XH Sóc Trăng, Sở GD&ĐT Sóc Trăng và Ngân hàng Chính sách Xã hội tỉnh ký kết bản ghi nhớ hợp tác triển khai Chương trình Du học Cao đẳng nghề và Việc làm tại CHLB Đức dành cho học sinh, sinh viên Sóc Trăng.
- Tháng 11, SHD đánh dấu bước phát triển quan trọng:
Ký kết hợp tác chính thức với bang Saarland.
Ký kết hợp tác ba bên tại Landkreis Harz, với sự tham gia của SHD, chính quyền địa phương và tổ chức Internationaler Bund (IB).
