On July 17, 2025, at SHD Corp headquarters (HCMC), SHD Corp Joint Stock Company officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. Christoph Hoffmann - former Member of the German Federal Parliament, former Mayor of Bad Bellingen City, currently representative of GIVT enterprise.
The goal of this cooperation is to promote the dual vocational training program between Vietnam and Germany, and at the same time expand the connection network for SHD students to directly access prestigious businesses in Germany.
Based on a clear understanding of the practical needs of German businesses, the two sides agreed to implement a clear and professional coordination process:
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - General Director of SHD Corp and Dr. Forest Christoph Hoffmann signed the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.
This close coordination helps students shorten the gap between training and employment, and is placed at the center of the recruitment chain – where every learning effort is linked to clear and credible career goals.
This is the practical and distinct value that SHD commits to bring in every international cooperation agreement.
Not stopping at the strategic cooperation milestone, this event also brings specific, practical values to SHD students on their journey of studying and working in Germany.
Direct Connection – Real Recruitment, Real Jobs
Thanks to the connection from GIVT, students are interviewed directly with German businesses with real recruitment needs, helping to increase the chance of receiving a training contract.
Specific learning and working roadmap
SHD builds a specific itinerary from Vietnam to Germany: learning the language – preparing documents – interviewing with businesses – applying for a visa – coming to Germany and integrating. At the same time, we always accompany, support, and ensure the students’ peace of mind and initiative in each stage of the itinerary.

Support integration and protection of rights in Germany
From working culture to labor law, students are thoroughly trained. Throughout the integration process, SHD and GIVT continue to accompany, provide legal support and protect the rights of students.
The Memorandum of Understanding between SHD and Dr. Christoph Hoffmann marks an important step forward in SHD's international cooperation strategy - not only affirming its role as a strategic bridge between Vietnamese human resources and the German labor market, but also contributing to expanding a formal, transparent recruitment channel, aiming at sustainable development for both learners and business partners.

The cooperation signing event promises to open up many career opportunities for SHD students.
SHD does not stop at language or skills training, but aims to create a generation of Vietnamese human resources with real capacity, clear career orientation and a solid position in the global labor market.
At the same time, providing young, well-trained and ready-to-integrate human resources, contributing to solving the problem of labor shortage in Germany.
Since then, SHD has gradually realized its vision of becoming the best performing unit in the system of educational values, human resources, and career solutions, contributing to the sustainable development and prosperity of the community.
