After the signing ceremony of the tripartite strategic cooperation agreement between SHD Corp Joint Stock Company, the Harz regional government (Saxony-Anhalt state, Germany) and IB International Organization in November 2024, the project to supply young Vietnamese human resources to the Harz regional labor market has officially entered the implementation phase of connecting with businesses in Germany.
On June 3, 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - General Director of SHD Joint Stock Company and her colleagues were present in Sachsen-Anhalt state to continue working closely with partners, including representatives of the Harz region government (Germany), IB Organization as well as many businesses in the region - to concretize the cooperation contents, build a roadmap for selecting - training - receiving young workers in a synchronous and effective manner.
During the working sessions, SHD recorded the enthusiasm and high trust from German enterprises. Partners in the Harz region highly appreciated the quality of Vietnamese human resources, especially their seriousness, diligence, quick integration and potential for long-term career development.

Not only waiting for trained candidates, many businesses proactively propose to coordinate with SHD to build a realistic selection process, training programs that meet needs, ready to accompany students from the stage of preparing documents in Vietnam until they stabilize their lives in Germany.
In the overall project, SHD is not only the recruitment unit but also plays a key role in language - culture - skills training and ensuring the quality of candidates before introducing them to receiving partners in Germany. This model helps save time, minimize risks and increase the level of compatibility between students and businesses from the beginning.

As a unit that has accompanied hundreds of Vietnamese students on their vocational training journey in Germany every year, with a network of partners spanning many states of Germany, SHD continues to affirm its reputation with partners and its capacity to implement large-scale, long-term cooperation programs.
The IB organization clearly demonstrates its goodwill in supporting Vietnamese students to successfully integrate: from national standard vocational training facilities, student dormitories, local tour guides, to language, cultural and legal support programs.
The Harz regional government has also shown openness in coordinating local resources, introducing suitable businesses and accompanying them throughout the implementation process. The project not only addresses the region’s labor shortage but is also an opportunity for economic and social connection between Vietnam and Germany based on young human resources.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen's direct work with representatives of the Harz regional government, IB organization and local businesses on June 3, 2025 marked an important turning point for the project. This is not simply a post-signing activity, but a strategic step to review, unify and standardize the entire operating process between the parties.

The active cooperation of businesses at the working session is a signal that the demand for recruiting young Vietnamese human resources is increasing, while opening up more stable and professional career opportunities for SHD students.
The agreements being promoted will help SHD expand its training fields, ensuring students receive comprehensive support from administrative procedures, accommodation, to employment after graduation.
This cooperation event not only marks a strategic step of SHD in expanding its partner network in Germany, but also creates a new development corridor for thousands of Vietnamese youth.
Through the project, young people will have the opportunity to access a modern learning and working environment, receive formal training according to European standards and directly participate in the German labor market. This is an important stepping stone to realizing the dream of an international career, contributing to improving the quality of Vietnamese human resources in the context of global integration.
