On November 13, SHD Corp Joint Stock Company was honored to welcome representatives from Erfurt city defense (HWK-ERURT)-a prestigious training organization with more than 120 years of experience in the field of handicraft development in Germany. This visit marks a big step in the strategic cooperation between SHD and HWK-ERFURT, opening the door for young Vietnamese people to discover high quality career opportunities in Germany.

Erfurt industry defense - a prestigious handicraft training unit in Germany

HWK-ERFURT is currently a representative of more than 30,000 handicraft enterprises in Thüringen, Germany, playing an important role in training, organizing exams and granting vocational certificates recognized throughout Germany. 

Every year, HWK-Erfurt supports thousands of students to build a career in diverse industries such as mechanics, electronics, food processing and baking. 

In particular, the certificate issued by the HWK-EFURT not only confirms the solid professional qualifications but also creates conditions for students to access high-quality labor markets in Germany and Europe, bringing a stable and long-term career prospect.

Open career opportunities for students 

On November 13, HWK-Efurt had a visit and worked with SHD to promote cooperation, desire to bring the best opportunity for students, aiming to support young people to approach quality vocational education in Germany.

Students participating in the program will be trained in a professional international environment, receiving international vocational certificates from HWK-Efurt and earning 1,000 euros per month from the first year of vocational training. This not only reduces financial pressure but also gives Vietnamese families and students peace of mind about a solid and promising career path.

During the meeting, the representative of HWK-ERFURT exchanged directly with SHD students, providing a detailed view of more than 130 handicraft industries in Germany and the potential of each field. Thereby helping students find the field that suits their competencies, interests and ensure long -term and stable working opportunities in the future.

At the same time, students have also learned information about training programs, from theory to practice as well as receiving direct answers on issues such as living expenses, accommodation support and career prospects.
