On the morning of November 25, 2024, in Germany, the signing ceremony of three -party cooperation between SHD Corp Joint Stock Company, Landkreis Harz government (Harz region, Sachsen Anhalt state) and IB international cooperation organization took place successfully, marking an important turning point in connecting young human resources in Vietnam with professional opportunities in Germany.
The signing ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Harz government at the Friedrich-Bert-Str. 42, 38820 Halberstadt.
Attending the ceremony, representing the Harz region, there was the presence of Mr. Thomas Balcerowski - the mayor of Harz, Mr. Michael Lütje - in charge of the Human Resource Human Resource Project of Harz and Ms. Winnie Kutzner - Representative of International Cooperation Organization (IB).
On the side of the Board of Directors of SHD Corp Joint Stock Company, there was the participation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - General Director of the Company and Ms. Pham Thi Hong Tam - Deputy General Director of Professional and Foreign Affairs.
In particular, the signing ceremony was honored with the companion and witness of leaders from Vietnam: Mr. Dang Hoang Linh - Counselor of Vietnam Embassy at Germany, Ms. Truong Nguyen Thuy Trang - Head of Foreign Affairs Department, People's Committee of Soc Trang Province and Ms. Luc Bich Phuc - Deputy Director of Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Soc Trang Province.

The event attracted the attention from both German and Vietnamese media, with the presence of large television and press agencies such as German Central Radio (MDR) and German Television Station Channel 2 (ZDF), Vietnam Newspaper, ... affirming the importance of the agreement for both countries.
The agreement on the establishment of a strategic partnership in order to create favorable conditions for Vietnamese youth to be trained to complete vocational certificates in accordance with the Code of Vocational Training (BBIG), the Craft Code, or part 2 of the Nursing Code or the Elderly Code of Care, then work and settle in Harz.

At the signing ceremony, the mayor of Harz - Mr. Thomas Balcerowski, had a speech about the policy of the region in attracting migrant workers, because the local labor supply could not meet the needs, which affirmed the policy of the Harz region to promote all potentials to attract Vietnamese workers, so that they can successfully integrate and develop their own land in Harz, turn this land into their own homeland.

Speaking to IB, Winnie Kutzner, member of the IB Board of Directors, said that IB's more than 30 years of experience in helping workers with immigration originating with life, work and society in Germany, is an important premise for IB to join this project.
On the side of SHD, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen - General Director of the Company, said that SHD recruited young students from Vietnam, equipped comprehensively for students of German, culture, law and especially preparing career orientation, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the pressure in the profession that students will face when coming to Germany. SHD currently has 11 students who are studying hotel, nursing, construction in Harz and this number will increase more.

The official signing event that opened a cooperative relationship has affirmed the important position of SHD in the recruitment project and supply of young human resources from Vietnam for the Harz region, providing the opportunity to study and build the future in the leading economy in Europe for young Vietnamese people.
The Harz region is a strong economic, service and industrial development area of Sachsen-English. However, this region is facing serious labor shortage due to population aging. This is why Harz pays special attention to international cooperation to attract young human resources.

Besides, the reception of international labor also helps Germany diversify the working environment, creating a multicultural and friendly community. This is an important foundation for states in Germany to attract more investment and improve the quality of life for local people.
