Stemming from the desire to help the young generation Vietnamese study and work in the world's leading professional and high -income environment, with high income in Germany, SHB was created, continuously developed and became one of the leading educational organizations - pioneering in the field of German vocational training in the South. From the early days ...

With solid belief, enthusiasm and mission in the heart, on September 5, 2018, with just over 10 employees, SHB Development Investment Joint Stock Company was established.

SHB stands for "Search - Hold - Build", with the meaning of searching - training - developing high -quality Vietnamese human resources for the German market, SHB is also a orientation, a commitment to dedication and construction of a leading educational institution. And since then, SHB Company has constantly implemented its mission, bringing hundreds of students to Germany, the country with the No. 1 growth industry in Europe and ranked 3rd in the world working and settling - as its name.

Besides, so that students can easily choose the appropriate program, SHB divides into 3 large areas: training and organizing the German certificate exam B1, B2 Telc; The Vocational College Program is exempted from tuition, receiving salary and settling in Germany; The highly skilled labor program for Duc settlers. Because SHB has the mission: Not only develops the capacity of the Vietnamese labor force but also has to become a solid bridge to the open and potential market in Germany. From here, Vietnamese workers not only improve their professional qualifications and capacity, but also can create the future in the developed country!

To the relentless values

In just 1 year since its inception, SHB has received the first achievement for its efforts - officially becoming a strategic partner of the two leading prestigious vocational training corporations in Duc Biw and Avenos. At the same time, SHB also successfully trained and brought the first three practitioners to Germany to study abroad.

Gradually building and continuous efforts, SHB has created trust, bringing value and career opportunities for more students. By 2021, SHB set up the 10th representative office, expanding the scale to Gia Lai and Phu Yen provinces. Also from here, in order to improve the quality of young manpower, the Western provinces: Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Ben Tre also signed a cooperation agreement to implement the German vocational training program with SHB.

Constantly, in 2023 SHB Company continued to affirm its prestige when officially becoming an SHB educational institution, and one of the few licensed units to organize the Telc International Certificate exam in Vietnam. This is also a milestone marking the Certificate of SHB awarded by the Department of Education and Training. 

Up to now, SHB has expanded the scale throughout the South and currently trains thousands of students, including more than 300 students studying, working and settling in Germany. With 24 representative offices stretching from Gia Lai, Dak Lak to Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Soc Trang ... and a representative office in Germany, SHB, perhaps have partly affirmed its pioneering position in the South in the field of German vocational study abroad. And above all, SHB will certainly constantly create value and realize its mission with impressive achievements: 100% of the visa pass rate and 90% of the ratio of international German certification. 

Move - re -establish and affirm new values!

After the 6 -year journey of establishment and continuous development, now, SHB converts the SHB brand to SHD - a comprehensive ecosystem: including education, services and investment.

Continue to maintain the core values ​​from two factors of search and training - "search" and "hold", the brand replaces "bulid" into "development" to aim for comprehensive development. Specifically, from the field of education, with the trust and companionship of the community, we break the limit and develop into a diverse and comprehensive ecosystem:

• SHD Education: Foreign language training, coordinating organization of Telc B1 German exam in Vietnam (formerly a German Language and Cultural Training Joint Stock Company SHB).
• SHD Academy: Studying in Germany (formerly SHB Education Joint Stock Company).
• SHD Career: Supplying and moving highly skilled labor, experts from Vietnam to Germany (predecessor is a highly skilled labor project in SHB, implemented since 2020).
• SHD Service: The company provides services in Germany.
• SHD Investment: The company carries out investment and promotion activities of Vietnam - Germany.
